This will be a very familiar setting for all of you and Mom and Dad just wish all could be here next time. Since Brett was here, he did the cutting of the turkey again, just like he did for a few years back, here at home and at Lysle's in Columbus.

WE BOUGHT A NEW CAR!!

...for Evan!

We had a little early Christmas gift openning for Evan, since we're leaving for CA. Check out those rims...
..."leather" interior, and even "wood" accents. It actually has a working radio, which is pretty cool.LVNLG, that's right, Livin' Large... but I'll be honest, I was like "What does loving leg mean?"

Daddy ended up having to give push rides, since the battery needs 18 hours to charge.

Here are some assembly pictures. It wasn't easy putting it together and getting all the stickers on with these two. Look at Brady's booty. I love that fat baby.

But it was so worth seeing Evan super excited. (The ultimate head-down-eyes-closed-Evan-smile)

Evan and Brady in the Snow

Since it's been a winter wonderland, Evan and Brady have gotten to experience the CO snow.

Evan's favorite thing to do is eat the snow. He'd run from one end of the yard to the other tasting the snow. "Evan, what does snow taste like?" "Taste like ice cream."

Brady wasn't down the first time we went out. It doesn't help that he refuses to wear gloves. He was so upset, that by the time we got inside, he just fell asleep.

Here is our poor attempt at a snowman. I stress "poor"
You can't really tell, but Evan also made a snow angel.
The next time we went out, Brady was much happier. He even tasted the snow too. He mostly just hung out on the patio. It is so nice having a covered patio.

Evan in the snow. I got tons of pictures. Here are a few.

Uh oh, Evan prepping the snow ball..."Gotcha Mommy"

Then back inside for some hot chocolate.
We were outside for almost two hours. But the last storm that came through has made it too cold to play. But it's been fun!

Snowy Colorado

It has been so cold and snowy here. It wasn't too bad the first time it snowed. By noon, the snow had melted off the deck and roads. But the arctic storms that are passing through make is super cold (-8 at night and 1 during the day). But the snow is really pretty, especially on the mountains. Here are just some pictures I took in the backyard and out the windows. There are tons. Enjoy!
