Fear the Vest

Before Coach Tressel went to Happy Valley to trounce the Penn State Nittany Lions 37-17, he made a stop at the Toledo 1st Ward Trunk-or-Treat...

Okay, so maybe it wasn't the "real" Jim Tressel, but can you tell the difference?

Gabriel had a fun time at the Trunk-or-Treat. He wasn't too excited about having to walk all over, but he loved plopping the candy in his bag. He preferred to just go the the same car over and over again. When we came home and took some pictures we found out Gabriel loves to "Cheese!" ...

Go get em' Jim! Call the right play Jim!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Love you, Enoch, Joy & Gabriel

Holy Cow!

So I was driving home from this farm that I wasted my money at. This farm had like hayrides, a huge roller slide, a corn box (instead of sand it was corn) - but it was lame because the corn wasn't even a enough to cover the bottom of the box. It had some animals that you could look at. And it had a huge hay stack to play in. Seriously, I was totally disappointed. But this picture saved the day.....

My friend was in the passenger side of my car and was like, "Holy cow!" And I looked and thought it was a dog but realized....ughh...holy cow! Who drives around with a huge cow in their car! The passenger side of the car seat was pulled out so this cow could fit. Notice the side window in the back, it has like bars or something. We were laughing so hard and of course I was cruising at 70 mph and totally braked to get this picture. AWESOME!

"Mom, my hair is messy"

I was recaulking my shower...thank you Houston mold. So obviously I was not attending to my children for 2 hours....but there was no fighting and I did give them their lunch before starting the project. Anyway....Kaori comes in and tells me that her hair is messy. I assumed it was getting in her way because I did her hair so that it was down and not pulled up in her usual ponytail or braid. So I asked her if she wanted me to put it in a ponytail and she said yes. Well I go and pull it back and I was in shock and I said, "Kaori, what did you do to your hair!" She was so scared. I was like,"Where are you scissors?" We head downstairs and they are under the table but I see no hair. I look in the garbage and there it is.....

I was so upset. This sounds terrible but I was like, "Kaori, it's not Cinderella anymore. (her face was so sad, you know head down, one finger in her mouth, big sad eyes looking up at you) Don't ever cut your hair again....you cut paper not your hair!" So Kaori had her first haircut....she looks excited huh? Her hair was down to her bum and it was so pretty.

It's a BOY!

Evan's going to have a new baby brother! We have to think of names, so suggestions are very welcome. I tried to scan the ultrasound picture of his penis, but it didn't turn out very well. So you'll just have to believe me. Two crazy boys running around... can't wait!
